I received 3 estimates and Kyle was the only one who actually took the handle off the shower to determine what was wrong. The other 2 companies gave me bids of 800 and 454 without fully investigating the problem. They automatically said the cartridge needed to be replaced. Kyle inspected the unit and determined something differently and was able to make the repair for much less. He also worked with my busy schedule to come out and did not give me a huge time window like others. I will definately use Denver Metro again. Thanks!
